Bannercross Brewery — Yorkshire Pale Ale Puddings

For a period of time I spent my weekends baking up this idea of schooner-sized Yorkshire puddings for a Yorkshire craft brewery operating in Australia.

Unfortunately the brewery is no longer around. But I can still make you a pudding if you like.
